Hi there! I'm Artylvr but you can call me Tyler

I am an artist/illustrator based in Australia.

I mostly do fanart of Critical Role and occasionally Genshin Impact. Hit me up if you like either, let's be friends hehe

I will not draw celebrities or internet personalities as couples or ships. That makes me very uncomfortable. OC's and fanart is allowed (fanart to be approved first). LGBTQI+ friendly

1. General Terms:

  • Commissioned art is for personal use only unless stated otherwise and to be discussed with me.

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any personal website and social media but only with credit.

  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

  • I reserve the right to cancel to the order at any time for any reason.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio and whatever promotes my art (if you are against this please inform me)

  • I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

  • If you do not sumbit your commission through the form provided, I will not accept your order

2. Payment:

  • Once your commission is accepted, I will send an confirmation email and invoice.

  • Payment through Paypal and in AUD ONLY

  • Commissions are to be paid with a split of 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

  • I will not begin work until I receive at least the 50% payment up front or full payment upfront.

  • Only pay once you have received a confirmation email from me

3. Commission Process:

  • Please provide a lot of visual references of your characters, the more references, the better. If there’s anything in specific you want to see in the picture, add that too

  • A detailed description can also be provided but visual references are a MUST.

  • Pricing provided is the rough estimate, depending on complexity they may vary

  • After sumbitting the form you will recieve a confirmation email from me. Please give up to minimum a week to hear a response from me.

  • Once the payment has been recieved I will start working and send you an intial sketch/ideas for you to approve and refine.

  • I will send updates through each stage ( sketch -> lineart -> flat colour -> shading ). With each stage you may ask for one revision if needed, any more will be an extra charge

  • On completion you will recieve a final email with the finished commission

  • Size is usually A4, 300 DPI, delivered as a PNG file format. If you require something different, please specify otherwise.

  • Commissions can take up to a month or more. If delays arise, you will be notified

  • If you need your commission by a certain time frame please let me know. A surcharge may apply.

4. Use:

  • As stated previously, the commissioner can post the artwork on social media with credit (to @artylvr).

  • Do not remove, edit, or otherwise alter my watermark

  • Do not claim as your own or use as a base for other artwork

  • You can print it but ONLY for personal use

  • Icons, wallpapers and ect are fine

  • No commerical use or profit can be made through your commissioned piece
